Your First Appointment
Your first visit to our practice helps us to lay a strong foundation for our relationship with you. During this appointment, we will take some time to get to know you and your goals for your smile. We will review your dental and medical history and gather all of your important background information. To provide you with the best, prompt dental care, please be sure to being the following items to your first visit with us:
- Insurance Information/Card
- Photo Identification
- Any medical records pertaining to your visit
We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your appointment is scheduled to start. This will give you enough time to fill out the necessary paperwork and forms.
Scheduling
Keeping on schedule is as important to us as it is to you. We work hard to run on time, so we request that you arrive to your appointments on time too. We know life is busy and your time is valuable! We only deviate from our schedule is there is an emergency that needs to be taken care of immediately. If you need to change or reschedule an appointment, please call our office at least 1-2 business days in advance.
Payment
At the time services are rendered, payment is expected, unless you and our office make other arrangements. This includes the amounts not covered by your insurance (co-payments or deductibles).
